Side event: Energy Efficiency in Southeast Asa
Energy Efficiency in Southeast Asia: Innovative Financing Mechanisms to Address the under-investment of Energy Efficiency Organised by the Southeast Asia Energy Transitions Partnership and UNOPS.
11:00 - 12:30
Side event: Retrofit for Net Zero
Organised by the SENSEI h2020 project and Danish Board of Technology. An interactive, multi-stakeholder workshop to discuss the governance landscape around energy retrofitting buildings and the financing of such initiatives. The workshop will identify legal and policy level obstacles and generate possible solutions for enabling such retrofitting. While energy retrofitting in buildings holds vast potential for reducing energy consumption, the necessary means to financing it can be inaccessible. Thus, it is necessary to take a look at the governance and policy landscape and consider how to make financing more widely accessible.
13:00 - 14:10
Side event: Live recording of Watt Matters podcast
From FORESIGHT Climate & Energy, Watt Matters is a podcast all about the energy transition and the shift to a decarbonised economy. Experience a live recording of the podcast with Paula Glover (Alliance to Save Energy), Melanie Slade (IEA), Andrea Voigt (Danfoss), Co-host Michaela Holl (Agora Energiwende) and Co-host David Weston (FORESIGHT Climate & Energy).
