Description
Dr Clara Camarasa is Energy Efficiency Policy Analyst at the International Energy Agency, where she leads the E4 China Programme and the Super-Efficient Equipment and Appliance Deployment (SEAD) Initiative. Her work involves data analysis, capacity building and policy advice for emerging economies in their transition towards Net-zero carbon, particularly on the building and construction sector.
Climate and energy professional, she has more than 10 years of experience working on policy analysis and design, project development and capacity building in the building and construction sector.
Clara holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Chalmers University in Sweden, with postdoctoral research at UNEP-DTU Partnership.
