Description

Julia Guyon works at the International Energy Agency in the Renewable Integration and Secure Electricity Unit. Her analysis focuses on charging infrastructure and grid integration of electric vehicles along with other key analysis topics of the unit, such as power sector reforms in emerging economies. She joined the IEA four years ago, as energy data manager within the IEA's data centre. Prior to the IEA, she worked at the French utility EDF as a territorial strategy engineer, helping jurisdictions achieve their energy transition targets, and as assistant Energy Manager at Urbana Energiedienste GmbH. She holds a Master of Science in Energy Engineering from the Technical University of Hamburg, and a double degree advanced Master in International Energy Management from Mines ParisTech and Tsinghua University.
