Visas

Delegates are responsible for applying and for obtaining their own visas to attend the meeting in Paris. 

The IEA cannot organise a visa on your behalf, but we can provide a personalised letter of invitation if needed.

Citizens of the European Union (EU) do not require a visa for entry into France. Non-EU citizens should consult the appropriate authorities to check for visa requirements.




Access to the IEA 

On the day of the event: 

 -> To collect your IEA  entry badge upon arrival you will be asked to present an identity card or passport 

 -> Badges will be available at the Welcome Desk from 8:00 am. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 minutes for the access procedures. 

 -> For security reasons, you must wear your visitor's badge at all times.
