Description
Buildings and appliance expert, her work involves data analysis, capacity building and policy advice for emerging economies in their transition towards net zero carbon. Prior to joining the IEA, Clara worked at UNEP-CCC in Denmark focusing on the development of analytical frameworks and tools to ensure the decarbonisation of the built environment. Clara holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Chalmers University in Sweden, with postdoctoral research at the UNEP-CCC.
