Mijal Brady is Chief of Staff at the Latin American Organization of Energy (OLADE). With over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, she is an expert in energy transition financing, international cooperation, and developing sustainable strategies for the continent. Mijal has extensive expertise in negotiating with multilateral financial institutions, national governments, and global organizations, particularly during her tenure as Coordinator of International Affairs at the Chilean Ministry of Energy. There, she was pivotal in securing key agreements to foster regional energy cooperation, advancing renewable resources initiatives, and shaping public policies that drive Chile’s energy transition. Mijal holds a Master’s in Political Science focusing on Public Policy and a Bachelor’s in Public Administration.
