Travelling to São Paulo
There are three airports that serve the city of São Paulo:
- São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport – Governor André Franco Montoro: Address: Rodovia Hélio Smidt, s/nº, Cumbica, Guarulhos - SP, 07190-100 Located approximately 38 km from the WTC
- Viracopos International Airport in Campinas/SP: Address: Rodovia Santos Dumont, Km 66, Campinas - SP, 13054-901 Located approximately 98 km from the WTC.
- São Paulo/Congonhas Airport – Deputy Freitas Nobre (or simply Congonhas Airport): Address: Avenida Washington LuÃs, s/nº, Vila Congonhas, São Paulo - SP, 04626-911 This is a domestic airport located in the city of São Paulo, approximately 7 km from the WTC
During peak traffic hours (7:00-9:00 AM and 5:00-7:30 PM), travel times can be significantly longer, with short distances taking over an hour. Travel time on Sunday may differ from Monday morning due to rush hour.
For getting around the city, taxis or ride-hailing apps like Uber and 99Táxi are recommended, as some taxi lanes can help bypass traffic.

Participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. A list of hotels close to the training venue is provided below. Participants are encouraged to select hotels close to training venue. We suggest booking as early as possible to secure the best possible rate.
