As Manager of the MEL team at the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP), she has developed GEAPP’s Monitoring and Learning & Knowledge Management strategies, essential for assessing impact. Previously, at the United Nations Development Programme, shw helped create its largest AI tool, Artificial Intelligence for Development Analytics (AIDA), improving machine learning systems to support socially transformative decision-making.
