Lawyer graduated from PUC Rio, with Master's in Business Management – Focus on Global Energy from Eni Corporate University - Scuola Mattei (Italy/Milan), MBA in Economic and Corporate Law from FGV RJ, MBA in Electric Energy Business Management from IBMEC/RJ, and specializations in Corporate Law & Capital Markets, Maritime Law, and Electric Energy Law. Master's student in Public Law at FGV-SP. For over 23 years, she has worked in the areas of contract management, legal and regulatory in the electric energy, oil, gas and infrastructure sectors of Brazilian and multinational companies involving innovation projects and new technologies. Representative of the Procel Executive Secretariat in the Energy Conservation Coordinating Group (GCCE) and in the Energy Efficiency Management Committee (CGEE), Procel's governance bodies.
