Gladis is an Economist graduated from the Central University of Venezuela and has a Master's Degree in Public Policy – ​​Applied Economics Mention – from IESA and advanced studies in international finance, global markets and international business from Georgetown University in agreement with the Metropolitan University of Venezuela.
She currently works as Director of Analysis and Operational Management of the Private Sector Vice Presidency of CAF, based in Sao Paulo, after having held the positions of Deputy Director of Secretariat and External Relations, Representative Director in Uruguay, Representative in Bolivia, Advisor to the General Secretariat and Director of Human Capital in charge.
