Description

Charles has worked on monitoring and evaluation of energy and climate change policies for over 30 years. He is based in the UK and has worked with a wide range of governments, international bodies, funders and philanthropists in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Charles has published widely and is an honorary fellow at Charles Darwin University. He has been a trainer on Energy Efficiency Training Week since 2018 and really values the opportunity to work with, and learn from, energy practitioners and policymakers around the world.
