João Paulo has more than 20 years of experience in promoting and developing projects in Smart Buildings including HVAC, BMS, Performance Contracting and Security.
He specializes in energy efficiency, utilities savings and innovative solutions for remote monitoring and consequent improvements in operational costs, sustainability and well-being KPIs.
He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from UFRJ, a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) - Economics and Energy Management from COPPEAD and a specialization - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: FROM AI AND IOT TO CLOUD, BLOCKCHAIN AND CYBERSECURITY from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
