Description

Reena Suri has been the Executive Director of the India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF) since 2013, bringing over 22 years of experience in the Energy Sector. She is a passionate advocate for sustainable development and clean energy transitions. During her tenure, Reena has played a key role in various advisory services, whitepapers, research reports, capacity building initiatives, and pilot implementation projects at ISGF. Some notable projects include the Implementation Plan for Electrification of Public Transportation, Blockchain for Electric Utilities, Energy Storage Roadmap for India, Smart Grid Roadmap, Development of Roadmap for Implementation of Smart Grid and Electric Vehicle Infrastructure in SAARC Region, and support for creation of EV Ecosystem in India for World Bank. Reena is also the founder-editor of the Smart Grid Bulletin published by ISGF since January. Additionally, she has been a driving force in increasing gender diversity in the energy sector.
