Description
Andres Rebolledo currently holds the position of Executive Secretary of OLADE for the period 2023-2025. He has an extensive professional career of more than 30 years where he has held various technical leadership and political positions in the energy sector, international economic relations, and multinational organizations. These include serving as Chile’s Minister of energy (2016-2018), President of Chile’s National Oil Company, Vice Minister of International Economic Relations of Chile (2014-2016), Ambassador to Uruguay and Representative to ALADI (2009-2010), and consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank (2011-2014). More recently he served as Dean of the School of Business and Administration at Universidad SEK in Chile (2020-2022). Mr. Rebolledo’s academic formation includes an Economics Degree from the University of Chile, as well as a Master’s in International Economy from the UCM (Universidad Complutense de Madrid).
