Description
Mr. Zhao Chenxin is Vice Chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of the People's Republic of China. Now he oversees the work of energy conservation and carbon reduction, environmental protection, national economy, rural economy, regional revitalization, and laws and regulations in NDRC. He has been working as the Director General of the Bureau of Economic Operations Adjustment and Secretary General of NDRC. He graduated from Peking University and holds a PhD in Law.
