Description
Pierre has been acting as the president of Econoler, an internationally renowned consulting firm in the field of energy efficiency, for the last 25 years. He has 35 years of relevant experience in the field of energy efficiency at the national (Canadian) and international level, having worked in over 60 countries. He has specially been involved in work related to the use of Energy Performance Contracting at institutional or commercial levels, the development and operation of ESCOs and the design and management of innovative financing mechanisms for energy efficiency projects and programs implementation. In the last 10 years, he has been involved in the design and implementation of Super ESCOs, in the UEA, India, Morocco and more recently in Canada and in France, the last two where he currently acts as the president of SOFIAC Canada and SOFIAC France, that collectively have over near 400M Euros under management.
