Description
Ms. JIANG Liping has been engaged in consultancy on strategy, planning and policies in energy and power sector for years, with plentiful experience on power and energy related technical economics, market reform, renewable energy, as well as the de-carbonization and comprehensive development strategies of China’s energy and power sector in the long run. She is consultant of NDRC, MOST, NEA and other related authorities of China. She is also council member of CHINA ENERGY RESEARCH SOCIETY (CERS) and vice chairman of Energy System Engineering Technical Committee, vice chairman of the first Concentrating Solar Power Technical Committee of CHINESE SOCIETY FOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (CSEE) from 2017-2022, member of Advisory Council of US ENERGY SYSTEMS INTEGRATION GROUP(ESIG) , as well as Vice-Chairman of IEEE PES Technical Committee Power System Operation, Planning & Economics Committee - China Satellite Committee, and Chairman of it’s Energy & Power System Technological Economics Subcommittee.
