Expert in energy efficiency, district heating, housing policy, strategic planning, project management. More than 10 years of professional experience in public and private sector. Since 2017 has been working in Reform Support team at the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine (previous – Ministry for Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services).
Has graduated from Business School MIM-Kyiv with an MBA degree. Obtained Master`s degree in Law at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Certificated in corporate governance.
Has been working on the implementation of `Energy Efficient Package of Laws` - the Laws of Ukraine "On Energy Efficiency of Buildings", "On the Energy Efficiency Fund", "On Commercial Metering of Heat and Water Supply", and developed the Concept implement the State Policy in the Heat Supply Sector.
