Description
Mr. Abdessalam Ould Mohamed Saleh is the minister of Oil, Mines and Energy of Mauritania.
Mr. Mohamed Saleh holds a baccalaureate in Mathematics, a bachelor in economics from the University of Tunis, a postgraduate degree (DEA) in economics from the University of Paris I Panthéon- Sorbonne (France) and an International Degree in Public Administration from the National School of Administration (ENA) of Paris.
Mr. Mohamed Saleh has extensive experience working in the administration and government of Mauritania and has held several senior positions in the United Nations (FAO).
M. Mohamed Saleh has a proven track record in leadership and in building partnership.
Since joining the Government in August 2020, Minister Mohamed Saleh has been promoting Mauritania potential in green hydrogen and green minerals in the context of a just energy transition.
