Dmytro LESKIV is the Head of the Energy Management Department of Khmelnytskyi City Council in Ukraine. He has 14 years of experience in energy efficiency and energy management systems, sustainable energy policy development on the city level (mostly in Ukraine). Dmytro also works in energy efficiency of projects estimation (complex thermo-modernisation of buildings), energy monitoring data analysis, raising awareness on energy efficiency.
