Description
Marco Duran works as an Energy Efficiency and Cooling Officer in the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) where he provides support to the operational oversight and execution of the Cooling portfolio. In his role within United for Efficiency (U4E), he is involved in the development of global tools and providing capacity building to energy policymakers and National Ozone Officers. Furthermore, he is responsible for the day-to-day project management of the Caribbean Cooling Initiative, in developing National Cooling Plans and policy support tools to transition their markets to more efficient and climate-friendly technologies.
