Charles Michaelis has 30 years of experience of in evaluating government policies and programs relating to climate change. He has worked on energy efficiency policies in developing and developed countries and has conducted more than 100 evaluations of industry, buildings, lighting and appliances policies. He has also worked on renewables and demand side response. Charles has expertise in a wide range of approaches to evaluation, data collection and analysis approaches. He believes that, even with limited resources, it is always possible to use evidence and analysis to improve the effectiveness of programs and policies.
