Luc Kevo Tossou works at the AfDB as a Principal Energy Efficiency and Investment Officer, within the EE Division where he helps the Bank’ Member Countries promote large scale EE investments to mitigate climate change impacts and support their economic green growth vision. He is an energy efficiency (EE) expert with more than 15 years of professional experience in various EE related activities including project and program design, implementation and evaluation, EE strategy design and implementation, energy audits, design and implementation of minimum energy performance standards and energy labelling schemes, energy management systems, ESCO market creation and development, financing mechanisms design and stakeholder engagement.
