Deputy Director, Renewable Energy, Ministry of Energy & Petroleum, Kenya. Dr. Wandera Odongo is a leading expert in environmental impact assessment. She holds a master’s degree from Kenyatta University in environmental planning and management, as well as a PhD in strategic business management from Aalborg Universitet in Denmark, in collaboration with Moi University, Kenya. During her 27-year tenure in the Kenyan Ministry of Energy & Petroleum, she has been involved in numerous projects related to sustainable development and renewable energy development. Notably, in 2016, she successfully coordinated the development of the Kenya Sustainable Energy for All Action Agenda.
