"The Kenyan Ministry of the Interior requires passport details and additional information in order to accredit participants for security purposes. Please note that all participants must provide this information and be successfully accredited in order to access the Global Conference venue. If participants do not possess a separate photo available then the conference organisers may take the photo from a clear passport or ID scan. All information will be processed by the IEA and Kenyan authorities using the secure InWink platform according to the event privacy notice. The information provided will be removed no less than two months after the end of the 9th Global Conference."
