Description
Kevin is Senior Programme manager at the International Energy Agency, where he oversees the analytical work of the IEA’s Energy Efficiency Division.
He has almost 30 years of experience working with different governments to develop, implement and evaluate policy and programmes to increase energy efficiency.
He has a PhD in statistics and climatology, with postdoctoral research into energy efficiency at the University of Oxford.
