Description
Emily McQualter is a Policy Analyst for the IEA’s Energy Efficiency in Emerging Economies Programme (E4), managing E4’s work in Southeast Asia. Emily has experience with energy efficiency policy making within the Australian Government as part of the Equipment Energy Efficiency Programme (E3) and has lived and worked on energy efficiency issues in Southeast Asia for a number of years. Emily spent time in rural Philippines and in Thailand, where she worked for the United Nations Environment Programme, Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific on energy efficiency programmes. Emily received a BSc and Masters of Natural Resource Management from the University of Melbourne.
