Description
Ludmilla Diniz is Climate Change and Energy Specialist at UNDP’s Nature Climate Energy team. She has over 14 years experience on development cooperation, designing and implementing energy programs and providing technical and policy advice to advance the Climate Agenda in LAC. She is responsible for overseeing the portfolio signature activities of UNDP with multilateral and bilateral donors in LAC, aiming to attract and direct public and private investment to sustainable energy initiatives. Ludmilla is the global focal point of the energy team for Sustainable cities and holds a Masters in Environmental Governance from the University of Freiburg (Germany). She speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish and German.
